About ICCRA Europe

The ICCRA Europe Chapter serves critical control room professionals across the UK and continental Europe. We are a practitioner-led community, connected to the global ICCRA network but focused on the specific challenges, regulatory environment, and sector landscape of our region.

Our chapter runs its own events programme, regional content, and engagement activity – alongside participation in the global World Congress and ICCRA’s wider initiatives. Members of the Europe Chapter are also full members of the global ICCRA network.

Chapter Leadership

Our Region

Europe’s critical control rooms operate across a complex landscape: diverse regulatory frameworks, cross-border infrastructure, multilingual operations, and significant variation in sector maturity across national boundaries. The ICCRA Europe Chapter is designed to bridge that complexity – giving practitioners a shared platform for professional exchange and improvement.

We work across emergency services, utilities, transport networks, aviation, and critical infrastructure, with particular focus on the challenges common to control room professionals regardless of their sector.

ICCRA Global

The Europe Chapter is part of ICCRA’s global network. All members of the Europe Chapter have access to ICCRA’s global resources, the annual World Congress, and the broader international peer community. Global standards and the four focus areas – People and Performance, Operations, Environment and Ergonomics, and Technology – underpin everything we do.
